According to the police report, a 59-year-old man riding an e-bike east on West 138th Street was killed when a northbound bus driver hit him at Lenox Avenue just after midnight in Manhattan. The e-bike rider, who did not have a driver’s license, suffered fatal crush injuries to his head and died at the scene. Both the bus and e-bike were listed as going straight before the collision.
